The Depot and City Station buildings are located in River Falls, WI. Both buildings are currently under construction and slated for completion in the fall of 2020. The Depot is a 50-unit affordable senior housing apartment building with secure under building parking. City Station is a 24-unit market rate apartment building. Both building contain ample community room space for building entertainment, as well as fitness rooms and rooftop terraces overlooking the picturesque Kinnickinnic river. The Depot and City Station are being developed by The Gerrard Corporation from La Crosse, WI.
